Learning curves
Diplomat is an excellent company to work for. They look after their employees and give the necessary training and tools to ensure that we can be confident in our products so that ypu can go out and sell and be the best in what you do. I have grown tremendously in the last 5 years through getting an overview of the entire businesses. By handling big customer, planing how to grow accounts, putting promos in place, being competitive with all our brands, making sure there are no OOS all these things take time and a lot of planning.
