As, a manager. You meet different store managers and you cannot approach them the same way

As Merchandisers Manager I meet with store managers on a daily basis Building relationship Creating space for the products Negotiating space to meet share of shelf In times of store promotions, I'll place the order and look for Gondola space or display to promote our products. Bring point of sale material as per monthly priorities Infield training with merchandisers. Do score card

Good working skill even under pressure

This company named Diplomat South Africa is a sales company distributing products of Proctor and gamble and mondelez. Now when stock is received in stores which is their customers I as a merchandiser I then pack in the stock. It is a growing company.

Pros: it not bad but good working conditions.
Cons: long working hours but less work and money.

Sales

Excellent learning curve. It has built a stronger character towards sales and marketing. Made relationshis with many shop owners. The relationship with Co workers is out of this world. The company has also a great room for growth.

Collecctions capturing of allocations revates discounts

Colletions driven and target driven person. Investigations thourouly done until the end process . Keep going on until resolving problems . Determination to resolve queries and assistance to other people. My next step what I would like to do is to manage a view people and collecting montly debtors book. And to be a sucessfull person to meet my goals in life. Always a team player . Friendly and out going personality. Hope this gives you the benefit and asset for your business
