Personal growth

Exciting experience in sales and I have learn to be passionate in my work , follow the the company guidelines,such as coverage attend customer according to the route list provided to me and look for other potential customers which are not visited Understand the product I'm selling knowing our competitors and make sure that every store our products are: (1) Visible (2)well machandising according to layout (3)put price flashers (4) customer satisfaction and resolved any problems (5) Understand the sales language,not product is a slow line .

Excellent customer service and learning experience

I don't know much because I never check my status in work. But I think black people they don't get consideration. Every job opportunity that comes they consider other races. Even they don't have experience in anything.

Pros: Never get opportunities to prove myself.
Cons: Hours are good
