Introduction to the call centre industry via leadership.
New and different industry from my achieved qualification.however with some similarities to my 1st job as a Customer service agent. From demanding shift work to regular 8am-6pm weekdays working hours; International Airport to the corporate call centre environment; Meeting new faces daily to seeing same faces allowed a sense of family atmosphere. Learnt more about the financial service products, and enjoyed assisting customers with their queries but mostly the commission made from the insurance products sales-when a customer wanted to upgrade their plans or take up a new one. As a data capture found difficulty to complete work in time due to system applications malfunctioning.
Pros: Great opportunity to make money
Cons: Demanding target requirements to meet commission.

Great work environment
its great to work for a company like direct channel holdings because we are many employees there and we share ideas and support each other if anyone of us is not in a goo state and our employers make the working envuronment to be fun and exciting because they host competitions towards month ends for winners to enjoy and gain incentives and i have learnt alot at DCH such as to be computer literate,fluently speaking english and be a hardworker the most challenging things in the company is when i hardly reach the the target as required by the company but non the less i enjoy my job and always on time
Pros: looking forward to become a team leader of agents
Cons: anytime im needed by my employers will be there

Taught me to be tough and have thick skin
This was my 1st real job and i learned more than enough cause if you make it here you will make it anywhere. I was in management and I excelled till I stepped down to dial again, it was challenging but I found my feet and feel the need to grow and branch out.
Pros: Working closely with management
Cons: Overtime no pay

Career Development
Direct Channel allowed me to progress in my career and develop myself while in various roles. As an international company I was exposed to various clients and projects that gave me invaluable experience.

I love working with people that way you can be able to know the different types of people
I like working at my company because every morning I learn a lot from my co-workers and the customers I interact with everyday. I am a bubbly and loving person and have a good relationship with my co-workers. I have learned a lot about the importance of respecting customer views and that the customer is always right. I enjoy the energy around my working area and the interaction between me and my customers. The most challenging is when you get difficult customers that would swear at you and make you feel small but I never allow them to ruin my mood.
Pros: The presentation has to be on pint and reasonable
Cons: self descipline, punctuality and respect your job

The company is great for learning experience .
It is a normal nine hours shift, from eight to five. The hours are too much compared to what you get at the end of the month. I get along with everyone . I have learnt a lot about day to day running of the business. The most challenging aspect is to deliver satisfactory feedback to a frustrated customer who disputes what you are saying.
Pros: Great opportunity for experience and reference build up.
Cons: More demanding work , less pay

Im one of those people whos looking forward to contribute to your company and learn as well.
Im well behaved individual who respect other peoples cultures and willing to learn from them. I take my work very seriously and easily to be trusted.I m a peoples person , work well with teams and do contribute as well.

Exellent curve for expiriwnce
I enjoy working as a team,good leadership qualities,perfect working hours 9:00 am-17:00pm I take full responsibility of my work and can work very well under pressure when ever difficulties strikes ,team leaders are consulted 2 solve and strictly obey protocol
