I am a hard worker I can work under pressure even I can work on holidays n weekends

I am a hard worker and I can work under pressure,I can stand the whole day or night,I have a communication skills,I have been working as a cleaner for more than 3 years so I am good at that,I am good listener,I am good at time keeping,

Pros: I am a fast learner so I can more available if there's a promotion
Cons: I can work long hours n also under pressure directed by supervision and management

Power to the people

I am highly dedicated and ambitious. I worked in different companies and learned different things that build me in so many ways. I have learned to differentiate between need of a client or customer cause we need them in order to make the business grow. I learnt lot of things to make people I work around happy and have a healthy relationship with them. I like also working in groups cause you learn lot of things from other people that can make you grow.

Learning curve

Fast paced

The management was poor hence the strike action that led to my departure.The working environment was fairly conjusive.The honest truth is there was no room for growth there.We worked a 12 hour shift but the treatment from employers was poor.

If you not friends with the manager your life at work isn't a great one

You will have a problem if you and the manager isn't friends. You work long hours and then they give you off in the week but they want you to work weekends and public holidays. Front shop staff like cashier's get changed very quickly no long term there.

Learning faster and willing to learn working harde

I.m working as inbound clerk under dischem and i.am enyoying my work with my collegeus and i.m friendly to them and i learn everyday.my challenge its when i count the stock because you may find that the quantity its not correct
