I always get to the office early, consider my relationship with my co-workers to be professional.
I always try to get to the office early in order to schedule my day. I consider my relationship with my co-workers to be easy going and professional mostly. I have learnt to be tolerant and compassionate when dealing with clients, also to treat every query from clients with urgency and always provide feedback and if I don't have feedback due to SLA's I have to always let the client know. I enjoy communication with different people on a daily basis. Most challenging is when clients are angry and don't want to reasonable explanation for the delay in service.

Opportunity for growth, result oriented,
A typical day at work is filled with laughter and the environment is conducive and great. My relationship with co-workers is great because we work as a team not competitors. We always help each other if and when a problem presents itself. I have learnt not to take the job too personal because some clients are rude or shout at you so i developed an attitude where I move to the next client without hard feelings. I enjoy talking to people and laughing along the way. I also enjoy talking to different kinds of people on a daily basis. The most challenging aspect is getting a client who just want to make it hard for me and belittle the job I do. We sometimes get clients who threaten to sue us.

Fast learner and hard worker
I am a fast and eager learner on new skills and developments. Always give my best. I do get along well with other colleagues and people. Great customer service interaction as well.

An excellent company
i get along well with my work teammates,enjoy the environment,i have learnt to always be alert and active and communicating well with clients, i enjoy the working times, i love my job reason it teaches me a lot and help me be more responsible and honest and allow me to learn different types of surroundings.

In all honesty, the biggest thing I've learnt is error costs money. Multitasking is a norm.
The work environment is unhealthy and highly stress while being educational at the same time. Respect, Tactfulness and work ethics are without question on point.

This has been an educational introduction into a professional environment.
I handle all client care. This includes emailing, handling claim queries and making appointments. I also do admin work and interact with various types of people at work. I work in an educational, cohesive environment and have learned to be punctual, patient, understanding, a fast learner and flexible. I enjoy learning new skills and interacting with different types of people. Also, i look forward to gaining experience and becoming a valued employee.
Pros: learning how to deal with different people.
Cons: work load and hours can sometimes be demanding.

Great expierence
Great company, good benefits , I enjoy the work and the regional manager is very sweet, i enjoy.most that I can take initiative, it has thought be how to be proactive. I am well organized hardworking and dedicated.. however there are too much office politics and things aren't really working out for me currently with the girls in the office

Good startup position with lots of responsibility
Great working environment, a lot to learn about the industry. Needs more opportunity for growth, better compensation, needs more team building exercises/activities, more integration with the head office, needs more formal payslip/labour law structures, more benefits & security for employees. Needs to provide employees with more incentives, encouragement & motivation.

Awesome culture
Most challenging, cold calling clients, getting them to gain your trust and part with personal information in order to do a quote and sell them a financial product
