Exellent learning curve and good expoure

Typical work day is quite busy as we were building systems that the bank will be running on. I have a good working relationship with my colleagues, we are more like a family. I have quite a lot as most of the systems that we implemented have never been implemented anywhere else. We are the only bank that fully run on SAP HANA. I enjoy interacting with stakeholders and resolving all the issues that they are experiencing and tackling whatever issues that we come across. The most challenging aspectof the job is that most systems we implemented are not implemented anywhere else so sometimes when we experience issues and log a call with SAP, they do not have a solution so we end up resolving resolving the issues ourselves.

Pros: Great company with good reputation
Cons: Lot of work and limited resources
