Excellent and fast learning procedure

I m a hardworker and i m always learning more at all time at work. By following procedures that is given by supervisor and completing work at time working in other all weather condition and long hour.

Pros: willing to become any of important and get a promotion to be a supervisor or manager one day
Cons: working of long hours was not a problem because i even work overtimes
