Working with all BEE Sector Codes in different industries.

I manage all the employees, including Transformation Consultants and all projects and clients the business is involved in. I ensure that the services that the business provide which is follows: -Conduct BEE audit verification -BEE strategy creation -Implementation of the strategy - which includes all the elements in the BEE codes. - I ensure that clients are satisfied - I ensure that our clients have the best quality of service by managing the performance of consultants.

Pros: I love what I am doing and I feel great to see South Africa companies transforming.
Cons: At times it takes so long than expected to convince a client to implement a strategy

Good project manager and passionate about my work.

I have just finished a 4 months contract as General Manager- Projects, where I managed the staff, Implement BEE Codes to clients. This include implementing Enterprise and supplier development, Skills development and Socio-economic development programmes. I was dealing with diverse clients including Transport sector, PR and Communications and Waste management.

Pros: Got an opportunity to be their associate on a monthly retainer.
Cons: Well long hours comes with the job.

Excellent learning experience

I have experience in HR, admin and call centre, I am a very flexible individual that takes work seriously, I commit to myself to any work that I am given. I am a team player and work very well unsupervised, I manage time very well. I love working with people as I am supervising 35 individual doing a call centre learnership

Pros: Great opportunity to learn more in the industry
Cons: Long working hours
