Was given an opportunity to do project management. Learnt a lot through the exercise. Being a team player i found out more of my capabilities that i was not even aware off. Learnt to think outside the box, learnt to do damage control.

Its always a great opportunity, to be part of a team that recognizes your potential and at the same time give you room to up skill oneself. You get to be a problem solver, think outside the box and be on your toes the whole time while, enjoying the experience that also comes along with working with goal getters.

Learning curve
My day starts off by getting to work at 6:30-7:00 in the morning, get ready for site, gather and collect all tools and equipment I will need to perform my duties as a team leader also to get the paper work shorted for the site. once im on site its team discussions of how the task will be completed effectively and safely. We do inspections on our equipment and tools to see if it functions properly then its off to working on site. I do Working at heights, apply vinyl, do painting and electrical work. we finish the site around 17:00-18:00 then get back to warehouse to submit my paper work. Then its off to home.
Pros: Training courses are paid by the company, excellent company to gain experiance, lots of work to do
Cons: Long hours, salary
