You often have to work long hours to get all the papetwork done, you have to be prompt on customer enquiries, you have to handle headstrong customers with patience. It can be very challenging to land new customers.

Company is very bottom line focused and pushes their employees to achieve

You are expected to perform regardless of the current economic situation. The company is very focused on the bottom line and their profit margins. Growth is highly unlikely unless you are able to buy your way in.

Pros: Family oriented, Opportunities for growth, many products for selling
Cons: Extreme expectations, no innovation, no creativity, lack of proper leadership

Exposure to multiple Industries

company has allot of politics as many companies have. you are exposed to a variety of industries which is great, we deal with a variety of customers and their applications. communication is open and you can voice your ideas. i enjoyed offering customers solutions to their applications. being competitive on price and keeping up with the competition and how technology is evolving as well has listing to your customers and satisfying their needs was the best experience for me.
