NMy relationship with my coworkers was perfect from my perspective over learned a lot about finances when the work is good most challenging is when clients don't cooperate it messes up with your emotions

I have learnt to think out of the box and be able to adapt to changes

With the inconsistency in our pay regime where I am working this leaves one stressed because you do not know how much you will earn, which is why I seek employment
