Review

The is always a new client to encounter and a new solution to formulate. This keeps me on challenged and energised. The team is small yet effective. We are essentially an imports and exports company of identification, safety and security products. We pride ourselves on have a strong footprint in national key points and several levels of industry. Our after sales customer support is of the highest standards in the country.

Learning experience

The most challenging aspects of my job is trying to find clients because there are some clients in rural areas.. A day at the office consists of assisting users with difficulty of using their printer or computer so I will help them with what they having trouble with. Also if the network at the office goes down, I will troubleshoot and see why the network is down and try to resolve this with minimal downtime.

Cons: Travelling to far sites

Good learning

It is a busy environment, especially with the repairs side, the staff is ok and I have learnt a lot from the time I'm here and moved a lot with positions. The most I like about my job is my customer's, helping them and giving them my best and even listen to all their problems and complains.

Pros: Nothing to look forward after this
Cons: hours are fine
