The company has not given us any raise since they promised two years ago. They could treat their employees better. No incentives or 13th check . Working long hours for little money.

Full Scope HR, office based, Monday to Friday 08h00 - 16h30

A typical work day is never the same, you can never plan your activity, Managers are inconsistent in their behaviour. Relationships with co-workers are fine, work hard, play hard environment. I learnt the sales environment within the office automation industry. I don't enjoy my work.

Cons: Inconsistency, Poor change management
