Excellent and quick learner

Working on the field with my fellow Co workers was the best of times. Not only did we work, concentrate and focus on our work, but also have moments of joy and laughter. Especially when working in such a environment that is not just unsafe but deathly dangerous, we all still stand together and help each other with different tasks.

Pros: Opportunity for growth
Cons: Get our salaries 2 months late ever time

Excellent Learning Curve

The first 2-5 years was defensively excellent learning curve, done many additional training and courses, but after that, no growth in the company, been used as a P.A. for the CEO's personal life, and no salary increases, only promises made for further growth but nothing followed through.

Cons: Not being paid for 2 months now and / or being paid late for 2 years now
