I work 12 hours daily I assemble all the fittings that comes from the machine , barcode it pack it in plastics seal it and then sending it off to the clients.what I enjoy the most of the work I'm doing the people I work with and the environment.

Good environment, good management

-Good opportunity for learning and a typical environment which encourages team building. -my problem solving skills and confidence improved because we are given enough room to think and solve breakdowns.

I'm a hard worker, self driven sales person. Can cold call, and close deals.

I arrive at the office at 7am. Making calls and planning my week. My co-workers are my family. We get on well. Work hard and solve problems together. I enjoyed the factory and seeing how the pvc and hdpe pipes and fittings were made. I love meeting new clients and seeing all excisting clients on a weekly basis. Meeting targets and seeing myself grow within the company. If stock is not affailable and i need to let go of a sale.

I have learned alot at dpi plastics.

I have came up with solutions and projects that saved the company alot of money and down time. So I feel that I am not being looked over.i have a great relationship with coworkers and also do lots of fault finding in the plant.

Pros: Not a great opportunity for promotion
Cons: I do put in long hours to keep customer service on the top level

Good learning curve, gaining skills

I've learned the skill of toolmaking while at the dame time I'm getting exposed yo the field I woupd teally love to see myself in. The guys I work with are vibrant and energetic and they are very helpful and are open to training anyone.

Pros: Great opportunity for skills upgrade.
Cons: Long house, working on weekens and not being paid enough.
