Great learning environment and room to exhibit one's my lent the organization is very good place to show one's talent and learn new things.. Although growth is a issue as success plans are not required.

Best platform for growth

I learn how to engage with people on all levels. Reporting procedures and hierarchical structures. In my company there are great opportunities for growth and self development. You are given practical tasks to stretch your mental abilities.

A better place to learn about new things

I always prefer to start my day with the most challenging tasks so I can be in a good mood for the day. Always willing to learn new things. Like having second opinions.

Hard at time you tend to work harder than others not good relationship with colleagues have learn so much that i know the data capture the challenge is the system we are working with is so slow i enot working outside in the field that been in a office

It has been an excellence beginner experiance with alot of room for improving with training of staff

It has been an excellence beginner experience with a lot of room for improving with training of staff by the department.The department is well running as most of the staff are young innovative youth with new ideas. The head office actually has all the rights to users and that limits us technicians in the regions as we assigned limited rights.

Pros: Users are easy to work with
Cons: We do same thing over and over again
