Excellent learning experience and room for growth

A normal day for me is booking and setting appointments, I have to liaise with patients , medical aids and doctors, answer telephone calls, meet and greet clients, sometimes comfort the patients, some days I just have to speak to patients and do a brief counselling session with them . i have an excellent relationship with my colleagues we all like one family, what i enjoy most is meeting new people, and when the patients actually acknowledges your hard work and a job well done, the most challenging is having to give patients bad or sad news with regards to an illness

Pros: well establisehed company with potential for grown
Cons: exposed to many illnesses

I would love to change jobs for better prospects, i need something challenging and i need change

My typical day is talking on the phone, liaising with medical aids, patients, doctors and staff, I have to obtain Authorisations from medical Aids, for CT scans and MR, I am a peoples person so I get along with everyone I work with and whom I deal with , I am a fast learner and a good team leader I have learnt a lot for this 10 years with Morton and Partners , regarding procedures that gets done at our radiology practice, I also have to assist with outstanding accounts, an make sure that the practice receives their money, I love working with people and I love working with the patients. the most challenging aspect is dealing with difficult medical aids and difficult patients, luckily I am equipped to deal with these challenges with my background of basic psychology

I need a change, and new challenges, i love working with all kinds of people

My day is fairly productive and I have a full schedule, im always busy as I prefer to keep busy. I have an excellent relationship with all my work colleagues, we are like family, when I started with this current company I knew absolutely nothing about the medical field, I have learnt many things regarding radiology. I enjoy the different people I met in this 10 years, I love working with people , the most challenging thing is to keep a patient or client happy, and making sure everything is arranged before the client/patient arrives at the practice

Cons: sometimes having to dealing with difficult clients

Dedicated worker.

I start work early to try and get all I need to get through, I am punctual and always on time. I work well within a team and I try to avoid conflict and just focus on what my goal for the day would be. I have learnt alot since I started at this company and still learning more. I enjoy coming to work and inter act with the clients, patients on the phone. I make myself happy in any situation given.

Pros: This is a great company to work for but the traveling to and from to cape town.
Cons: The travelling
