Organise and manage the front office. Receiving and assisting patients at reception. Utilising the telephone system, professionally and efficiently. Ordering of stationary.Ensure all Private Patients and medical aid accounts not paid or partly paid are settle by patients before they leave. Receive all payments from patients. Cash up reconciliation with supporting receipts (Excel) . Manage Medical Aids, Administration Duties, Maintain Database, Petty Cash, Month End . Receiving of remittance advises from medical aids and allocating payments on Medimass. Collecting of outstanding debts
