Very different environment to what I have been used to.

Good relationship with my co workers. I am grateful for the opportunity to have weekends off. Even though the days are long. Good company. Need more hands on management

Pros: No work on weekends, public holidays or after hours.
Cons: Long shifts. Small department. No on-site management. Very monotonous work.
