Work is log hours no pay and no time off. You work 5days a week and over time with no pay . You get burnt out quick and tired faster. You always on your feet and you don’t stop

Excellent learning curve

Busy work environment Room for growth within interpersonal skills. Pleasant working environment for the most part The personal challenge is pushed to improvement daily Learning to deal with different personalities Job challenges the way you think,.

Pros: Experience gained, and has room for learning and experiencing more
Cons: No room for flexibility
