What I have learned from my time working at this company is working and interacting with my colleagues even more than before, I learned to operate the switchboard and I've also Ben trained to improve my skills on Microsoft outlook and AXterm, I have learned so much more from the company and have broadened my knowledge on various things. It's truly been a fun learning experience for me here and being able to expand my knowledge and gain more insight of different programs and ways to do things. I have becomes friends with my colleagues not only on a professional level but on a personal level as well. I enjoy working with people and building a relationship with the customers that I work with, the most challenging aspect of work was catching up on previous work but I manageed to do that within a week but I enjoyed it because I've learned how to work faster and even more so under pressure

Pros: gaining more experience, getting to know new people, learning various programs, and being able to keep up under pressure
Cons: not much of a challenge and salary being to low

Cons: When you are promised a fiqure and you achieve this, no compensation. Pull you with a carrot and then pull it back
