My day at work is hectic. we deal with client from early morning until the afternoon. Receiving inbound and making outbound calls. making follow ups tracking clients parcels dealing with clients queries. I get along very well with my co work no days are the same. working here has helped me too be patient with myself and my clients. what i enjoy the most even though the environment is hectic, we always make the good out of the worst situation. The challenging part is making sure client is happy at the end of business. reason being there are many encounter on the road to delivery.

Friendly working environment

The company offers great opportunities for grow. There is a lot to learn both internally and external. It is a friendly environment and the employees of the company will make your day nice and short. I have learnt a lot about logistics, dispatching,regions around our country,cities and towns. The most challenging aspect of the job was that there was pressure at times and parcels needed to be delivered timeously

Pros: Opportunity for growth within the company
Cons: Too much pressure
