A very Racist company!

very racist company I have ever worked for, management has no proper qualification and that hinders growth for floor employees.everything is dictate to the guys.

Pros: DSV brand is good and seem harmless
Cons: Huge exploitation of floor workers

Am a very hard working person who can work under no supervision.

Working with lot of people has thought me so many things i have learned to learn other peoples attitudes and also it has build me in such a way that i now know how to handle conflict and disagreements in the work environment.

Pros: It is very good experience .
Cons: That has thought me how important is my 8 hours and wisely i can spend it..

Good opportunity to lean

Our relationship with other colleagues is marvelous. I have learned to work with different character of people and getting experience in making sure they perform at their out most best. Keeping the team motivated and make sure company policies are adhered to. I enjoy learning SAP System everyday Im working. Receiving more than we can handle as a team and expected to do the work 100% with a small team mostly when we have absentees

Good company as a start

Average company however stagnant when it comes to growth and empowering individuals who are being over worked. The company doesn't consider qualifications.

It is an excellent learning environment

Here at work, I work in two department and I have 8 colleagues. my responsibilities as quality controller is to check all parts that the meet (VW which is our client) quality standards. I have good and sound relationship with my team and we always help each other to reach company objectives.

Pros: oppoturnities are hard to come by
Cons: There are times where we work long hours

Operation ainistrator

I am currently working as an administrator in operations. I do the purchasing of all stationary, protective clothing and cleaning materials. I raise all the purchase orders and check goods when receive from supplier. I make sure that we get the best prices from suppliers and solves queries related too suppliers timeously. I do the invoicing for our site and ensure that we receive payment for work done on time. At monthend I make sure that all order has been received and billing has been done correctly. I receive the P & L and make sure that all cost are included and prepare journals if there are any anomalies.

Pros: Great working place
Cons: With the motor industries wanting to cut out the middle man I am insecure of my job
