The position i am in demands all of problem solving and strategy analysis, motivating the employees. Our department has a very friendly and family type of persona which makes it extremely easy to communication in terms of improvement and preventing any wrongs. Every Friday the entire department sittings together and share innovative ideas. I report directly to senior manager to address on strategic improvements and how to increase the revenue for the business.

Cons: did not sign a contract, underpay

Amazing learning opportunity, assist in business decisions

Currently, I am working as a financial consultant/administrator for DTR, I report directly to the manager and director. I assist in new innovative strategies for the business and assist clients on key components on getting their credit health back. Advisor on measures required to have a successful appeal in court to clear a client’s name.

Pros: Flexible working hours
Cons: Under paid or no pay
