Good organizing skills

The company I am working for is running at fast pace, it needs a dedicated person who is not clock watcher, always doing my best ability, service 320 people nationally is demanding and you have to be current with the information you have and be able to give updates where necessary. Handling the office on behalf of MD. Good relationship with everyone in the company is a must and be able to discipline staff when required and give guidance to those who need it, I have learnt that it is important to keep a good working relationship with all staff, it helps to win those who are trying to be difficult. I enjoy to oversee the whole organisation even the Heads of Departments when they have to report or submit reports for month end. To work with a person who is ever changing on processes, you need to be able to adapt easily and cooperate well.

Pros: Working extra mile and be available for the whole departments when needed, e.g. when the Operations Managers are not at work I have to step in and assist.
Cons: Long working hours and no recognition

Service Excellence

Team player and can also work with minimum supervision to sustain the bottom line results. Work well with people at different levels. Patience and tolerance when working with people is the key. The role to guide people and give them advise where necessary keeps me going.

Pros: More exposure and accountability
Cons: Extra working hours
