Super friendly enviroment with teams closely working together

At my work place ---always everyday is a busy day with deadlines to meet but the work area and team players are close like one big happy family Management is great with many social team buildings Learnt a lot -fresh out of college and this was my first working environment and just fitted in with no hassles I am always eager to learn so team mates were always eager to teach Some days were challenging to work long hours - sometimes over 12 to 14 hours with no rest but we were compensated with overtime and meals also transport for those with no cars. My work experience is owed to Dunlop Tyres --how to work under stress and work effectively all day and to overcome any situation put ahead of me

Pros: International company with many benefits
Cons: only problem Dunlop merged and company downsized

Excellent learning curve.

Open and honest relationships with fellow co-workers. Excellent team work and problem solving abilities. No matter the day holds, problems are resolved timeously and used as a learning curve.
