Please refer to recommendation letter and resume.. Sometimes relaxing, but mostly working hard to meet the deadline, I love working with people and luckily I am in he right space because we work hand in hand other colleagues so I enjoy the Team work Having to wait for outstanding documents to complete once tasks.

Pros: Putting more effort to reach month end deadlines, if needed I put more hours to complete my tasks. Good working environment, assisting one another then things gets done easily. Have an open door policy for one to come up with ideas to make the environment healthier, and have a reason to wake and be eager to go to work
Cons: No one needs to be reminded to do once tasks, nor mixing personal issues with business
