The most challenging aspects of the job is the male dominance. Lots needs to be done to ensure the acceleration of women in this workplace. Most importantly black women. Your relationship with co-workers - professional What you have learnt - I have learnt a lot about the mining industry and how it operates. What you enjoy most - the flexibility of implementing good new ideas.

Great corporate culture

The company provided room for growth and self development. Pro-active creativity and team works was always the order of the day. Great exposure to working with different diverse group of people across the world. Dust-A-Side remains a great deal and an important part of the mining industry to ensure safety and high levels of clean environmental work-spaces.
