I have learned how to deal with different situations and difficult clients in my field of work ,i have also learned how to work as a team and to inform coworkers of my progress on a specific site and we work as a team to resolve the issue

Learning curve

I have the best relationship with my co workers. We work as a team .the most challenging aspect of my job was starting policies and procedures from .and payroll as they didn't have payroll and didn't do company returns . I have learned a lot on company compliance and meeting deadline. I have working there for 4yrs with no salary progression.

Cons: No salary progression. No evaluations
