Excellent skills gained
I have gained a lot of skills The company accommodate people with disability,they have accommodation on their premises. I have learned creating websites,using HTML.Asp.net and CSS. Also studies Internet and business concept. It is disabled friendly and I enjoyed been part if it,with multicultural environment and I loved working with different people.

It has been an excellent learning curve
Working at DVG Media Training has helped me realize a lot about myself in a mere fact I can work in a team, with people with no problems while I'm learning a lot from those people. It was an eye opener for me that I can now do programming of which I enjoyed each and every lesson I had to take but with a hard time when I was doing ASP.Net always had to calm myself down in order to get it right. I'm really great full for the experience.
Pros: Great opportunity to get qualified and be able to work
Cons: Too much had to be finished in a short period of time

I enjoy working with people who are hard workers, like working on a peaceful environment am 80 percent of an introvert 20 % of an extrovert , every time I keep it professional mind my language when am with my co workers, keep the boundaries between I and them, if I have grievance with my colleagues report the to supervisor so that it can be taken managers so that it can resolved,I enjoyed being with friendly people who are ethusiams self motivated in all the they are doing,turn to get irritated more especial if some disturb my privacy adapting its simple to cos am highly motivated

I am a qualified system developer with one year experience, I worked creating web site, dynamic / static web site using Notepad++ / visual web developer and to create online forms.

Getting along with my colleagues makes work lot easier
I wihorI work for 8 hours and my former colleagues had became my other family. It was challenging working with students with different disabilities i k for 8

Excellent learning experience
It was a learnership for Information Technology. Attended class from 8 o'clock in the morning till 4 o'clock. I had a good relationship with coworkers. I have leant working in a team and learned more skills and gained experience and knowledge in this learnership. The misr challenging aspect was the first time when i started the learnership because it was my first time working on a compute, but now I'm more experienced and u learned a lot.
