DI Typical working environment
-I arrive at work 6am in the morning, then lead a daily forecast meeting with all supervisors, foreman, project manager and site manager. I then get day's feedback by 12:00pm, then start planning for the followings day look ahead, then get all feedback by 3pm, then I will compile a day's progress report and I will send to the client by 5pm, then I will issue tomorrow's look ahead by 6pm. Every Thursday I must issue a weekend look ahead if there's going to be weekend work, I will also issue the following's week look ahead. - My relationship with my co-workers is great because I have to rely on them for daily feedback sessions, and also for them to give me a constraint list. - I have learnt to work with people of different races, gender. - I enjoy working and interacting with different people when they give me their daily feedbacks. - The most challenging aspect is when I do not get feedback from a team, and I have to covey that to the operations manager and to the client.
Pros: Great learning opportunities because there's always challanges
Cons: Stressful evironment

I didn't get an opportunity to go for any training to further my studies
I am getting increase in yearly and other update increase if im not happy about my salary. Usually we work holidays of which make us make good money. The realationship with co workers is very high even now we still communicate . What I enjoyed most is to work during shutdown because those hours were times by two. What I learnt is do what you hired to do so, always upgrade yourself, good communication. ask if you don't know.
Pros: Promoted from quantity surveyor to quantity survey controller
Cons: Long hours were paid nicely without being robbed
