Excellent learning curve to gain skills and knowledge

It is a great learning curve were I have learnt to do quotationfor hotel bookings, perform check in and check outs. Generate invoices, process the night audit, u also gained the skill in doing the monthly accounting capturing for 3 properties. I am Currently looking for something bigger as it is a small company and I feel like my level of gaining more experience is limited.

Excellent learning curve

I process hotel bookings, do night audit. Capture accounting for 3 properties. Perform check ins and check outs. Answering telephone calls and emailed enquires from clients. Generate quotationsome and calculating longterm check out deposit refunds. I have learned customer service. I enjoy in ensuring custerbeing cared for and learning how to deal with different personalities each day.
