Good learning programme

I find this opportunity exciting because facilitators are good and happy to help wherever we need help.we start at 9 and knock off at 14:00. First three months is theory until November and we will be exposed to work department in December. The company is going to help us get code 14 drivers license by next year. Everything is good except that stipend os very small I wish it was better than this.I cant say much because we just started on the 1st of September so will just have to work and see how it goes

Gaining experience

The company that I'm in its very good,i go there once a week ,but that doesn't mean I don't work I do work and they give me a lot of work because I go there once a week. My relationship with my co workers it's very good we respect each other like brothers and sisters,we helping each other where one of us don't understand. In this learnership I learnt that I have to work hard be positive toward my work and I also learnt that I have to be on my own always. The most challenging aspect of the job is that we learn one module once a week and next week we have to submit while we didn't get a chance to understand Clearly

Pros: Great opportunity to be hired in some companies
Cons: Working hours are not long

Its a nice experience

At edu wize I do professional driving leaernership for a year I just started last week so far I cannot talk so much about it because is still early to say but it seems to be good company with kind members of staff. And as working with you at your company will be good to me as I have certificate in Business administration service but I have no experience with it so it'll help me to get experience.according to me a person can work or do anything they put their mind to even if they do not have experience because I believe there is first time for everything.

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: we work 6 hours a day
