Excellent growth, enjoyable learning curve

The years at Egis were good. I joined as a lead generation specialist and then handled multifaceted business development activities. Freedom was provided to look into the technical side of things which gave me ample exposure to project coordination and management. Only issue was the compensation, which could have been better but then again, quality of experience gained was considerably high. The company provided a lot of liberaty in how I handled key accounts and mentored the subordinates. The superiors at Egis were always open to new ideas and at the same time, also mentored me well on management practices.

Pros: Good place to gain experience and be creative
Cons: Compensation can be better, for deserving employees

Excellent learning curve

I got to learn more about cloud environments by setting up virtual machines for client and also using tools like ansible, gparted among others and also learn more abount container like docker and the likes.

Pros: Great small company
Cons: No permanent posts
