Producing of management accounts pack to the board monthly. Full accounting function-to TB. Constantly involved in improving internal controls. Weekly efficiency production reviews. STAtutory returns , including SARS, Reserve bank, Stats Sa, Competition Commission. Interaction with staff at all levels within the hierarchy, from operational to the Exec team. Involved with financing institutions, reviewing of facilities-new deals-maintenance. Responsible for full stock control cycle ensuring monthly stock audits. F/Asset register. Sales meetings . Export market development-Mozambique. Have had an amazing all round exposure reporting to a very meticulous,systematic and approachable FD. Chalange has been to align operational staff at site to the overall corporate culture ar H/Office.

All round finance/Management exposure

A typical work day is always dynamic at my current employment . Diverse exposure is achieved through management of the finance team, liaison with stakeholders,banks and government entities. Management of deadlines set of reports and various reconciliations (manufacturing production/efficiency) reported to me. Its an exciting executive team that is very much "executive " and I certainly believe I have an exeptional working relationship with my boss,FD. Joined the company during a transitional challanging period where the company was disposing off one of the two divisions which lead to an overall restructuring of the company.
