When I was doing my in-service training I found it very exciting to be in a work place and deal with people I worked at the ward councilors office dealing with community people daily it was a great experience I had a good relationship with the Councilor and staff and most important the people of the community. I have learnt a lot inside the Constituency office and outside the office. inside the office I dealt with all office work outside I deal with workers I enjoy helping people because community people depends on councilors to meet their needs daily. the most challenging aspects of the job is when you cant help the people on time that made very sad and disappointed.

Cons: long working hours

I am a fast learner, Nothing i can not do that another man can do.

It was a good experience for me to work with youth from grade 12 level to pursue their studies in electrical engineering. communicating with different characters, solving problems of different nature.Learning different skills of accepting and handling colleagues with bad behavior , from that i understood the importance of knowing a company code of conduct and procedures. importance of health and safety practices in work place.Many things i have gained.

Pros: opportunity for promotion will mean my hard work and produce what is expected by the company.I meet requirements to be promoted.
Cons: I can work long hours to fulfill the demand of that period.
