Humbleness and calmness
Working at engen garage taught me how to communicate with customers not necessarily customers only but also my colleagues, it built my relationship with work environment, I understand how professional one should be in working place. Some days were not so good as you’d find customers who are typically hard to deal with but that being said customer is always right, so working at engen garage taught how to always stay calm and humble

Excellent expirience curve
It is great working there because of the treatment that we as employees get from the management, the staff with their great work and passion to help others who are new at the company. I have been working with great with other workers and that taught me to treat people with respect regardless their age, race and gender. The most challenging time it is when the is holidays because we work long hours not that we complain off.

Excellent learning curve
It was the great place l, I've learnt to customer service experience and I how how to handle customers in a professional way. We as co workers we worked very well, the biggest challenge was that some customers were very racist but we knew how to handle them, the nicest thing was to work with people meeting different people everyday.

Best customer services
I have learned a lot about customer service I always put my customer first all the time because without them there is no business. I have gained to much experience while in within the organization so the service is the only thing I can provide . I always deal with huge amount of money and atypical work during the day. and I like to work wth others
