Supporting of regional offices using remote control and TeamViewer End user support Installing of hardware and software Troubleshooting internet problems/network issues Troubleshooting handset issues (PABX) Wireless installation and access points Assist clients in Meeting rooms with connecting projectors, Video conferencing system and polycom phones Backup and reformatting workstation Update and patch management on workstation and servers Company daily backup system (backup-exec and Veam) Logging calls on Service manager console and for Telkom users

Wonder culture in the company, the employees are able to work in teams and under pressure. The company has growth, vacancies which are available are advertised so that employees can apply and development is part of it

Cons: Unpaid weekend hours when not working on weekends
