Team player Coordinate with all relevant coworkers, colleagues and other departments Responds to call outs and standbys Gained most technical experience on the field of control and instrumentation Challenges are to gain the confidence to other parties, and provide them with the relevant expect'ies towards the end deal to what they require, with the experience and the skills I have I do come around

Pros: Within the C&I depertment maintenance we have a super visionary level that coordinates the work load and daily activeties, and my responsibilities is to take out the duties to my team, as I have artisans thatI work hand in hand with them. And we have a support department, engineering department and seimens that we consult when the load work is above our knowledge
Cons: We have a normal working hours 7am to 4pm, and emergence over time, planed over time, outage over time and standbys

Good experience

8 hours of work per day. It was a good working environment and I learnt a lot.We maintained a good relationship with my co workers. I enjoyed doing quality inspections .The most challenging aspect of my previous job was climbing stairs when there was dust .

Pros: Training was provided
Cons: Heat stress
