Hugh gain of experience
It is more like you own your own department, cause you fully responsible of your own work. Typical work day-mornings its feedback report meeting After its a toolbox talk about working safely, and planning a days work and getting updates and feedback or follow up on yesterday's work, great relationship with coworkers that one needs to maintain because our work depends on each other, i have learnt to take initiatives and be accountable of my work and to be tough in business, and i have enjoyed the workplace environment very much, very friendly and my work, challenges back to back meetings and chasing deadlines, thanks

I love and leave Safety.
I love working with people, interacting with people regularly it helps to understand their mindset about Safety in general. People are harmful because they're the one's that are exposed to work/physical envolved, therefore it is important to provide them with awareness and training in order to change their mind set.
Pros: Hard working and willingness.
Cons: Long working hours due to target.

I am looking to up my carI eer level, learn, work and gain more experience
I am currently Site based at Camden Power Station for the New Ash Dam, a great experience for me, learning a lot about Civil works as I come from a different background. As a quality officer you face too many challenges as some people are not aware about Quality and what are the reasons a Quality Officer. So I have decided to take it step by step, conduct Quality Awareness on toolbox talks sessions, visit site more often and speak to the Supervisors and hopefully we will come to one objective. I really enjoy being hands on and the only Quality Officer on this Project, for me that is a learning curve and skilling me on my Management abilities
Pros: Great opportunity to be recognised as a young woman who works hard and an opportunity for a new position.

Good learning curve
Attend toolbox talks, meet with managers and stakeholders to discuss project feedback. Meet with project managers, engineers to gather information in executing projects. Review documentations, draft specification, reports and presentations as a result. Work with teams or individually, can communicate effectively with all level colleagues and overall have a good relationship with all my colleagues. I have learnt that change difficult for employees however gaining colleagues trust and ensuring that they feel as though their contributions in my projects is impacting the organization positively ensures that they all play their part and accepts change more readily. I enjoy identifying problem areas, recommending and implementing solutions. The most difficult aspect about the job is ensuring that managers and stakeholders are able to meet with me to discuss projects because they are all extremely busy.

Best learning curve
We where doing construction work and I was compiling reports for different sites and all incident reports also inspections on site auditing small contractors on site to check compliance .the relationship with employees or co workers was an open communication to avoid incident to happen ,I've learnt that being humble and respecting all kinds of people it's best .the most challenging aspect of the job was working on live line on working on a submission time or when the client I enjoyed my work course it taught Me to deal with all time of people and deffeferent peesonalities

I am contracts administrator at Eskom Rotek Induatries under Kusile My day to day work is make follow up with Sub-contractors that is: CE,s are paid Correctly recorded on SAP
Pros: I would like to have a skill & understand my job therefore when opportunities rises i will grab it.

Extraordinary experience, skills and knowledge
I'm working as a Transport Coordinator in the biggest company that runs Eskom projects on all power stations in South Africa. I coordinate and expedite all vehicles which are transporting all employees on projects with the assistance of project Expeditors and Projects Managers. My job description includes Documentation, inspection, maintenance, and report writing to senior management about transport weekly. With my ten years experience I know I am a highly motivated and experienced woman.

Work environment is very professional and they treat workers with respect.
It is very nice working for the company as the working environment is accommodating to all the workers. My working relationship with my colleagues is professional and treat each other with respect, we share the information with one another where necessary. The safety of employees is of paramount to the company. I have leaned a lot as my career with the company. I am very passionate about my work as I get to offer help to employees and support management where needed.

Learning Curve
Working for ERI was great because everyone was welcoming. Which made everyday easier to deal with. But there was no room for growth was not their because there was no space to become innovative. We worked 7 to 5 weekdays and saturdays.
