Excellent learning curve

I'm a Assistant Manager at Hair City, I manage staff members of six people. We are a great team I work effectively and I am a fast learner. I've learnt a lot how to work with salon clients as I've never worked in the salon industry before. I enjoy working with people and meeting new every day.

A brilliant stepping stone and new and challenging things that taught me A lot.

A typical day is reopening getting the store ready for the day ,I believe I have a good relationship with my co workers I think we are a team and support each other and give balance to each other ,I've learnt to be patient and quick and very easy to help clients and I'm a bubbly person and I enjoy interesting with people a lot I'm a happy person I leave my problems at home ,the most challenging aspect about my job is when clients cantbfind what they looking for and trying my outpost best to get them to leave with something so it's very important to always stock up on things we say we sell.

Pros: There are not too many positions to be promoted to but it's a great incitement.
Cons: Very long working hours
