Excellent working environment

-I have learned that if u give or trust your team and give them space to person at their level best, they are able to deliver above their pay grade. - I have also learned that when u make their working environment a very comfortable n friendly, they tend to enjoy their work and even do over time without being asked or told. -I love working with the team. -my job is to make sure that the working environment is safe n comfortable -is to make sure that all task are done correctly n all documents are printed and all clients including employees have the correct document signed and filled correctly. - I am also in charge of training new admin staff and including training agents who does our direct sells. - The most challenging part about my job is to make sure that all premiums received for that month match with the receipt sent to head office per branch. - Another challenge is to follow up and check on each office admin that all theirincome for the month matches with their receipt book.

Learned curve

I love working with people , you learn different styles of communications, They are different kinds of clients, Difficult clients, they don't want to get a trail even if their policy has laps And you get good clients , easy to work with and you enjoy working with them

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
