Fun to work for, sometimes agendas made it abit hard to do what needed to be done, empty promises, budget never used for allocated means, promosnel materials not available when it was supposed to be but management always on top of things and approachable and will to listen to what the people on the ground had to say about what was happening in stores and malls.

Pros: None
Cons: Cant separate work time and personal time
