Gaining more experience

I start work at 6 am sharp, i firstly look at the computer for any orders from our franchises .I print them out for my co-workers and i. We then start with manufacturing of for the day, i do both grab and go and a la carte and the others either do grab and go or a la carte. My co-workers are the best they know what team work is all about, we laugh and joke around while pushing manufacturing and always try to encourage each other to know better and do better. I have learnt patience to adapt in difficult situation, when you have to answer to the food group manager on why the gross profit has dropped or why deliveries to our franchises was late, so all of these should be answered by me and it can be very challenging at time. i have learnt to do a lot with the gaap system, record invoices, manufacturing, wastage,sales,gross profit,purchases and day ends. The work load can get too much but i am always up for a challenge.

Pros: becoming a great chef
Cons: no space for promotion

Wonderful learning experience

Happy.Me thought me to be responsible and take initiatives. Most importantly my skill for pastry grow I learned a lot about baking and the importance of labeling the products as well as potion. But they are not professional and there so much management, one do not know who to answer to anymore.

Pros: opportunity for a supervisor position
Cons: shortage of ingredients

Excellent customer service,team work,integrity

Hard working person, clear communications able to work under pressure, I believed in intergrity and that customer always comes first, the more as team we make positive profit is the more company make staff happy, at work the is always challenges so that where I get in as a manager solve them smooth, one of the best thing in the shop is to up sell.lead a team its an honor and as a leader you have to lead by example,make show that the stork is counted correctly and enter it to the system and send report daily

Pros: Great opportunity and great for business
Cons: Over time and holiday
