Excellent learning oppertunity

In the last 4 years working here I have learnt many new safety systems, addressing high member of management. The mining industry is unlike any other industry I have experienced, It is 7 days a week, 24 hours per day. Challenges arise daily due to the change in working conditions and change of employees. My greatest achievement was to get the engineering working places up to standard and to motivate my fellow colleges on the importance of safety in and of work. Working with such challenges truly stretched me as an individual and shaped me for things to come.

Pros: Working with people from different background and cultures
Cons: Limited growth potential.
