I have been earning this amount from 2016 till now.im still earning that year.so is it ok for me to stick around for that company to realise my portential.thank you

Pros: Yes
Cons: Salary doesnt change and they are not willing to negotiate because the tell us that we are not making enough for us to get a raise.

Customer needs,computer skills as well as manners if talking to a phobe with client

It boring , honestly protocols are not followed as well as management staff does as they want while we work our butt of still salary not being increased i can personally say we are unhappy workers

Excellent learning curve

1. Greater exposure in terms of computer usage. 2. Bubbly subordinate that easily to tell in with them. 3. Some days challenging. Due to a lot of data coming in. That also require fully attention, since errors might results in negative impact on the company. 4. Enjoy being with my subordinate since every day I learn new things from and also they learn new things from me.

Pros: Greater environment to gain computer experience.
Cons: no opportunities for growth since greater opportunities are given to older staff.
