Great learning curve
The experience was amazing and adventurous,we had such an amazing team,I've actually learnt what is team worker and being a team leader at the sametime. For the past 4 years that I've been in the company i learnt a lot and i was multi tasking and I've learnt to work under pressure,i have learnt how to do cash ups Replenishing stock Merchandising the store Stocktaking Convincing customers to buy our product and promoting the product as well. The most challenging part was dealing with customer because there were times whereby we would get difficult customers or those who won't communicate with you in a good manner,so you 1st have to know that a customer is always right.and that the fact that when u communicate with them you have to be down to earth and always give them respect even if you dnt get it in return its fine because if you love your job you would be: Kind Humble Respectful Accurate.
Pros: Great opportunity for gaining experience

Good
Dear Sir/Madam A typical day at work for me is to ensure all my admin is done such as cash ups,updating Dropbox and ensuring our sales for floor is replenished. Following up on emails! I do get along very well with all my colleagues all the way from store level up until HQ. I've gained experience from basic to management level, I've also learnt how to deal with people with different persopersonalities. What I enjoy most is working with people, learning and sharing my skills. I am a fast Learner and always up for new challenges. The most challenging part about my job is to ensure everyone is happy and comfortable, as a store manager you need to put others needs above yours but also not neglecting yourself in the process.
Pros: No Pros only good commission in seasonal time
Cons: Long working hours for a low hourly rate

Learn how to work with Customers on a regular basis
A regular day at Havaianas we arrive at Work before opening the store we do stock counts, opening of the cash registers and prepare to start the day off by making sales and giving good customer service we visual merchandise as well and do resizing of the flops ending of the day we do stock counts and closing of registers and doing hadoc duties.

Excellent learning curve
It was my first retail job and i loved every minute of it, was great learning opportunity in terms of good customer service, interpersonal skills, communication.

Great learning curve
t Everyday is a working day . Working for this company has taught me a lot about working in retail and customer service. The working environment was exciting because of how well we got along .I've learnt how to work with customers and how to work with the cash register. What I enjoyed was the customers having the same energy as you but the most challenging part is dealing with difficult customers.
