Horrible working conditions

The company lacks in managing structure. There were double standards in regards to how things were done. The manager is incompetent in doing her work and rather dumps everything onto the receptionists. The receptionists gets the brunt of the negativity within the company. There are no privileges to having abit of water at your desk.
