I have have a good relatioship with my co-workers as we are working as a team. -Visiting customers that are scheduled for that spicific day. -I have learned about persuasive selling and commercial argument with customers. -Relationship with my co-workers was good. -Introducing ennovation brands to the market and price management.

I enjoy working with different people at different levels.

It a very diverse company with good team dynamics. A typical work day. In this position, my main accountability have been to training and maintain training costs at Sedibeng Brewery, as well as analyze and report on training data and production data for Training needs analysis for the best customer service and investment action. Moreover, I have excellent communication and leadership skills, and a great knowledge of finances and investments.

Pros: It is multicultural company with international exparts.
Cons: Staff turnover is very high.

Attended several workshops

-Cold calling -Good relationship with co-workers. Selling strategy's and persuasive selling.Building rapport when you engage with customers. -Interacting with customers -Out of stock issues and customers not receiving their delivery on time.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Complete my daily calls.
